A Classroom For Creatives

Finding a location to host a creative class can be hard. You don’t want plastic Sterilite tables, but you also don’t want your brand aesthetic to be clashing with over done decor. Not to mention you need enough space for you students to get hands on.

We get it! That’s why we are opening up our studio space for classes!

 
 

  • Our Studio rentals include seating for 12 at our bench tables. Everyone will have plenty of space to spread out and get hand’s on with your class!

    The space is complete with a kitchenette and sink in the studio and has two restrooms located outside of the classroom.

    Our space also offers your students a place to gather, outside of the classroom prior to your class. No more guests showing up early and having to rush through the prep!

  • Our space would be perfect for creatives looking to teach a class. Here are a few we love to host:

    *Cookie Decorating Class

    *Calligraphy Class

    *Photography Class

    *Watercolor Class

    *Painting Class

    The possibilities are endless!

  • We offer an upgrade for your classes. We will provide beverage and personal grazing boards for your attendees. This must be booked in advance.

  • Our 3 hr rental for classes begins at $175.

    This includes:

    Classroom for 12-14 (depending on how much space each attendee will need)
    Studio area for attendees to wait prior to class
    Kitchenette
    2 Bathrooms (1 ADA accessible)
    TV
    Social Media Marketing of your class
    Your class featured on our upcoming classes page

  • While we will advertise and highlight your class on our social channels and upcoming events page, we do not handle your ticketing. We will link to your preferred method for ticketing on the event feature.

    We do this for two reasons. 1. We only charge you for the space, we don’t charge you for each attendee. This allows you to set the price and not worry about LM&C taking a portion of those sales. 2. You don’t have to wait on us to get paid for your classes. You attendees pay your directly, which means less of a headache for everyone!
